Contract
Make the Header Job a contract and then create the schedules.
Schedule
Go to the Schedules button so that you can import the Schedule direct from the quote.
Create the Schedule Header then import from Quote.
Select the quote. Use [F4] to search and select.
If you want a Cost Sheet per schedule then select from the list of Cost Sheets.
If you want all the Cost Sheets on the one Schedule then leave Cost Sheets blank. Note this is where it is essential that the Output Codes (Item Codes) are not duplicated.
If you want a Cost Sheet per schedule you will need to create each schedule before you can run the Import. The Schedule must exist.
Press Import Lines once selection made.
Note that the highlighted line is showing the Header information on Code 106. This has come through from the Quote.
(You will need to go out of the schedule and come back in for it to refresh.
