Retentions are calculated and managed within Workbench for Subcontracts. Retentions are only available with the Contract Management Module.
Workbench provides for a number of calculation basis for retentions covering :-
- straight %,
- % rates for different value steps,
- % rates for different estimate types
They are held against a 'retention' job, defined in the system under the Control Parameters. (In this example that is RET)
Retentions are managed through Retention Management
