The calculation used in the Performance Indicator is:

  • Performance Indicator value = Assessed Budget Hours / Actual Hours
  • A Performance Indicator value <1.00 is by definition an adverse performance assessment (and displays in red) i.e. we have spent more hours to date than budgeted
  • A Performance Indicator value > 1.00 is by definition a positive performance assessment i.e. we have spent less hours to date than budgeted

The screen will display the 'Previous Performance Indicator', being the Performance Indicator from the most recent previous Monitor record.

Note that for a Timesheet Week Ending Date based Monitor record it will look for the record with the most recent prior Timesheet Week Ending Date. For a Year Period based Monitor record it will look for the record with the most recent prior Year Period.
