Time

Labour can be entered at one of 3 levels:

• Person: This validates them as an Employee and defaults through the other M/file data.
• Employee Class: With selection of Employee Class you are required to key in the Activity Code. The Work Centre will default from the Activity Code.
• Activity Code: With selection of the Activity Code only the Work Centre will default from the Activity Code.

Process
Specifies the Process expectations for that line.

Cost Rate
The Cost rates come from the Employee Class or in the case of the Activity Code you need to feed in the Cost manually.

Sell Rate
The Sell Rate for the Employee & Employee Class lines is taken in priority order from the Price Code rate, and then the Sell Rate from the Employee Class. This can be amended.

• The Sell Rate for the Activities is from the Price Code rate or manually entered.
• The % markup option from Activity Code or Price Code is not available for Quotes.
