Every Cost Sheet line has provision for a Line Reference. To allocate these numbers hit the button Allocate Line Reference numbers.

  • This allows a numeric starting reference number. You may be able to tie this into the Quote or Cost sheet reference.
  • When you hit the Allocate button reference numbers are allocated for all this Cost Sheet. This includes the Item, Sub Assembly, Plant, Activity and Labour.
  • The reference passes through to the Procurement screen for identification purposes.
