Delivered Quantity
This tells you what has been delivered through the Procurement Process. Lines do not have to be delivered before you can sell them.

Invoiced Quantity/Value
Gives you the quantity and value of invoices already created for this line.

To Invoice Quantity
*Shows the quantity remaining to sell from the "I" line that transferred through on Create Procurement.

This Invoice Quantity
Specify the quantity for this Invoice. Should you want to invoice the remaining quantity select the Invoice box at the end of the row. If the relevant Control Parameter is switched on you can Invoice a greater quantity than the required quantity from Procurement. A message will come up to check that you do in fact want to sell more than the "To Invoice Quantity".

Inv
To select the top Inv box will select all the rows to invoice with the "To Inv Qty" on each row.

Red Star
This indicates that there are comments fields existing for this row.

S
This box at the end of the row takes you to the comments fields. These can be maintained at any time.

If you have added a line to sell within Procurement you could bring in some invoice text in this screen.

Once you have selected the lines and quantities that you want to be included in this Invoice, select the "Create Invoice" Button.
Based on the Job Code and the Client on that Job an Invoice will be created.

If you double click on the Inv'd quantity you can drill to the invoices that make up this quantity.
