Plant Service Orders - Bulk Printing

Plant Service Orders can be distributed in bulk via email using the 'Bulk Print' button on the Edit View Plant Service Orders screen.

A range of PSO's can be selected for printing using the selection options on this screen.

• Each PSO has a PSO Location
• Each Plant Location has a Location Manager
• The Bulk Print option will create a single email for each PSO Location, to be emailed to the Manager of that PSO Location. The email will contain multiple .pdf files, one per PSO. An email address against the People record for this Manager is mandatory for this process
• The Crystal report format used in the .pdf created will be as per the Default report on the "Other Details" tab of the "Maintain Plant Service Orders" screen. The default is mandatory for this process

Plant Location Manager:

• Click the 'Bulk Print' button
• The list of PSO's to be emailed will display.
• Where there is no default report or email address for the Location Manager it will display

Note: For this function to operate the Report Scheduling function, and SMTP mail on the SQL Server machine must be enabled.
