This import brings in the second and subsequent Rate Code information for a Plant Item. It will populate the 'Plant Costs' tab.
The file has to have the following 6 columns:

Rate Code is validated against the Rate Code Maintenance. The combination of Plant Code & Rate Code must not already exist.
Cost Work Centre is not mandatory but if entered must be a valid Work Centre
Activity Code is validated against the Activities master list.
