Workbench Meetings
This module looks at the use of Meetings within Workbench.
OVERVIEW
Meetings is a Job related repository, storing information about meetings - when, who was there, meeting minutes, associated files, items to complete etc.
It is accessed from Job Management against the highlighted Job.
With the initial Set up, You group people, both employees and others, to make it easier to allocate people to the various meetings and tasks.
You can copy details from previous meetings, and can print all the related data and notes associated with previous or current meetings.
