"Print": Print the report to the printer
"Email": E-mail the report
"Export to File": Export the report to a file
"Source Data": View the data that is being included in the report in its raw format

Report Folder
This is the folder specified in the Control File where all the Crystal Report files need to reside.

Report File
This is the specific report that has been selected.

Description
User defined description setup in Report Maintenance.

Instructions
User defined instructions setup in Report Maintenance.

Report Type
Defines the basis of this report as determined by Report Maintenance

ID
A system generated reference for this report

Report Name
The user defined name for this report setup in Report Maintenance.

Report Title
Enter a title you wish to appear on this print of the report.

Copies
Specify the number of copies to print.

PRINTER SETTINGS

Print Settings
Press this button to open the Windows Print window.

Printer
Select from a system Printer which has been setup within Workbench, the field next to it displays the Location Code of the Printer.

Orientation
This allows you to specify the Orientation for the report

Paper Size
Choose the Paper Size for the report you are printing.

Tray
Specify the tray for the report to be printed to.
