Job Groups

Group Category Codes are user defined analysis codes that can be assigned to Jobs / People / Companies / Plant to facilitate reporting.

• A Group can be made mandatory by ticking the Required checkbox. On Job creation the user will be forced to enter a Group Category and Group Code for the created job.

• First setup the Group Category Codes and then the Group Codes which are the options within each Category.
