Maintain Job
In the Contract and Claim Schedule fields in Job Maintenance, the Contract only, or Contract and Schedule must be allocated to the Job Masterfile.

  • If you select the (Non Contract) Contract and no Schedule then all schedule attached to that Contract will be available for Output transactions on that Job.
  • If you select a Schedule then only that Schedule will be available for Output transactions on that Job.
