For Plant custom fields, those in the Default View are displayed on the front screen of Plant Maintenance as well as on the additional tab.

Note that there is an 'Ownership Type' as standard, with optional values of Leased and Owned. Selection of one of these options will display custom fields relevant to the Ownership Type. These are displayed on the additional tab.
