You are required to have a "JobGroupCategory" called "OnCost".
Set up Job Groups:
The On Cost will be calculated for all jobs within this specified Job Group. You could have a group that will be charged for Administration, one for Interest Costs, one for IT and one for Resource Consent Consultant.
