Payroll Name
Different groups of employees can be exported by selected Payroll Name.
There can be more than one Payroll Name. Gives you the option of Null (which means -select All) or one can be selected at a time when exporting.
Other important fields that can be used in the Payroll Export:
Employee Number
This is an Alpha/Numeric field and is normally the link to the Employee in the Payroll System.
Profit Centre / Timesheet Group.
Already discussed above.
Location
The Profit Centre that an Employee is allocated to is part of a Location. Selection can be by this higher level grouping.
