PERSON DETAILS:
Name
The name is held in these different formats to facilitate reporting and mail merging.
Employee
Tick to indicate an Employee and to display the Employee Details tab. A user in Workbench must be an Employee and have a Login.
Has Login
Select this option to display and maintain Security tab.
Expense Company
Used to assign the person to a Company when Expense Claims are used.
Company Address
Used to assign an address from the selected company to the person record.
Personal Address
Another address field for that person record.
Email Address
The E-mail address for the person
Inactive
Tick to suppress the use of this record.
