There are a number of installation files required for installing Workbench. The Workbench Server Files are used for installing Workbench on application and SQL servers; the Workbench Client installers are used for setting up the Workbench client on users PC's. For advanced users, there is also a Workbench PowerShell module which can be used to download installation files onto the server.

Allowing FTP Downloads
If the download fails from the FTP site, the download URL may need to get added to the list of Trusted Sites in Internet Properties:
To update the Trusted Sites list:
Open the Internet Properties menu either from the Control Panel, or PowerShell:

Expand title PowerShell ... 
Navigate to the Security tab, then select Trusted Sites, and click the Sites button:

Enter the FTP URL, ftp://web.workbench.co.nz, into the input field and click Add, then Close.

Note The Require server verification (https:) check box needs to be cleared in order to add non-HTTPS addresses to the list.
