The Record Browser , illustrated below, is available on some Data Entry "forms". It provides you with the ability to scroll through all the records which may be stored for on that particular Table.
The 
button will select the first record in the table, while the 
button moves you to the last record.
The Forward One Record 
and Back One Record 
buttons move you in either direction, one record at a time.
Finally, the Add Record button 
creates a new, blank record for you to complete. Each new record, or changes to existing records should be saved – see above for further details regarding saving changes.
