This provides Day Sheet style data entry where time, plant, and stock issues can be entered in the same screen.
It is important to note at the outset that data entry for transactions through docket entry follows all the transaction rules as though being processed through the normal standard Workbench with the standard pricing rules.
- Labour is timesheet based with costs coming from the Employee Class
- Disbursements are Timesheet based with costs coming from the Activity Code
- Plant costs is the utilisation of the Plant Item at the specified Rates Code
- Stock is issued from a selected Warehouse utilising the Stock Item cost.
Activities must be from the Activity Group of the Job and the Work Centre will be the Job Work Centre where these are utilised.
These transactions are not treated as 'accruals' and export to the financials would be as a Recovery @ standard (Time; Plant) or the Issue from a Warehouse (Stock)
