The concept of a 'Related Job Code' is provided for.
For example, a Purchase Order may have a spreadsheet attached specific to that PO, but the PO is also related to a particular job. This job can be recorded as the Related to Job Code for later searching.
In the Job and Contracts screens, the Related to Job Code defaults to being the Header Job (the Level 1 Job) of the selected Job.
All other record types do not have a default Related to Job Code, but it can be manually entered
