The following Control Parameters need to be set when using this functionality

The Control Parameter 'File Store Location' determines the base folder file store location. Workbench automatically creates folders under this base folder, one for each document type which we attach to (e.g. Purchase Orders, Job Invoices etc).
You can move the original file to this new location or take a copy. The Control Parameter ' Delete Original Stored File ' has the default position.
