The right click grid menu is accessed by right clicking in area at the top left hand corner of the grid data display as shown below.
If you don't have 'Grid Administrator' rights, many of these options will be disabled (Greyed out).
The options on this menu are:
- Go to Top – Ensures the first row of data is visible. This is a navigation aid
- Go to Bottom – Ensures the last row of data is visible. This is a navigation aid
- Copy to Clipboard – Copies the data displayed on the grid to the clipboard, it can then be pasted into another application for analysis, such as Microsoft Excel
- Save Layout (Layout Name) – Saves the current layout. The current Layout name is displayed in brackets.
- Save Layout As… - Saves the layout under a specified layout name against the current Column Width Profile.
- Load Layout – Loads a previously saved layout from the list against the current Column Width Profile.
- Save as Default Layout (Layout Name) – Saves the Current Layout as the default layout for the current column width profile. The current Layout name is displayed in brackets.
- Delete Layout (Layout Name) – Deletes the current Layout, the current Layout name is displayed in brackets.
