For Jobs with a Billing Type of "No Charge" in their Charge Type, Invoices or Credit Notes cannot be created.
On selection of a "No Charge" Job in Job Invoice Entry or Job Credit Entry, the user User is presented with the message 'The selected Job has a No Charge Billing Type. The Job cannot be invoiced' and an invoice is not created.
