There are standard allowable additional View Criteria. These are selectable from the View Criteria dropdown. For example, for Jobs the standard criteria are:
These four options are available through data in the Lookups table, in this case with the Lookup Type of Job
These can be maintained in the screen IM-Lookups Maintenance

With the Jobs example, we have allowed for JobTypeCode, ChargeTypeCode and ServiceType as the standard criteria for Conditional Views.
Any column in the Jobs table could be used as a Conditional View.
To add say a Conditional View based on say the Profit Centre Code of the Job, you would enter this data in the IM Lookups Maintenance screen as below:
Note in this case that the Value must be the exact name of the column in the Jobs table
The View Criteria of Profit Centre Code is now allowed
A Field 'Province' has been set up against this View
