Access to the My Management screen for individual users should be via the My Management icon, which will always appear in the menu bar (in the same manner as the People Finder icon). The My Management screen will open defaulting to the logged in user, and with the name selection Read Only. Users can therefore see only their own My Management screen.

It is suggested that the My Management screen should be the default opening screen when the user opens Workbench. This is configured in the Security tab of People Maintenance. The screen opens for the logged in user only.

If the logged in user does not have any My Management panels configured for them clicking on the icon will indicate this.

The available menu items are shown below. It is suggested that these menus only be made available for users involved in the setup of My Management.

The My Management menu option opens the same screen as the My Management icon, but with the user selection not greyed out, and selectable via the dropdown. This allows the user doing the setup to view the My Management display for any user, which is useful for setup purposes.

Note: If you want the user to access their own My Management screen via a menu option, then create a function in the Functions table for a new menu item My Own My Management. Use the My Management form, but with an Argument set on the function of 'Me Only'. This will open the My Management screen defaulting to the logged in user, and with the name selection Read Only
