The Completion of a Plant Service Order, using the 'Complete PSO' button, gives the PSO a Status of Complete.

  • If the Recurring type is 'None', then that is the completion of the process
  • If the Recurring type is From Start or From Completion, then a new PSO will be automatically created for the next instance of service under the Policy on the PSO being completed

Note that the Completion process does not 'Close' or 'Finalise' the Job Code under which the work is being done.

The PSO Completion box at the bottom of the screen holds the required completion details for the PSO

Before a PSO can be completed you must:

  • Select a Person from the 'By' dropdown in the PSO Completion box, being the person who has indicated this PSO is complete. This is mandatory.
  • If the meter is not Calendar Days based, enter a Completion Meter Reading. This is required data, as it is the basis of setting the Activate Meter Reading and the Start Date in the next PSO that will be created in the sequence This is done from the Meter Reading button. The Plant Code, Plant Meter and PSO Number will default from the PSO through to the reading. The date entered on the meter reading should be the Completion Date. The Assumed Daily Rate resulting from the meter reading will display

This data will display as below:
