The form is divided into 3 areas.

  • Menu Structure
Using the + or - this gives a tree view of the menu structure.
You can expand it all out by toggling the Expand All box.
This Menu Structure is display only.
  • Menus
This is where you add or maintain a menu.
If you delete a menu it will also delete all the items attached to that menu. If there are Sub Menus you will have to run Menu Cleanup. Note that the deletion is only for this Security Group. It does not delete menus or menu items for other Security Groups

To add a menu to a Security Group menu, arrow to the bottom of the section, manually enter an ID and a title.
This menu once created and saved will then need to be added to a previous menu to make it accessible.

  • Menu Items

This is where you specify the items for the highlighted menu. You can call another menu or call a function.
Select the menu you want to maintain then go into the Menu Item to Add, Delete or Edit.

All of the items that have been selected for the menu for the appropriate Security Menu Group will be available in alpha order in the Workbench Quick Menu list in the toolbar. You can access the item from here instead of going through the menu structure.
