Every user is allocated to security groups that are appropriate for their role within the organisation. The Security Group determines which menus can be accessed, which Reports can be viewed and which particular Administrative functions can be accessed.
- To set up the Security Groups go to Security Groups Maintenance.

Login Code
Workbench uses NT Authentication. Specify your NT Login Code.
Reset Pwd
Resets the password for the Web Browser login.
Profit Centre Group
Used to define which jobs can be viewed and reported on.
Menu Security Group
Defines the menu structure available to the user.
Report Security Group
Defines the reports that are available to that user.
