Using your cursor select the appropriate Questionnaire in the details section of the screen and double click to open the Questionnaire.The Questionnaire Answers screen will open
Default details of the Questionnaire will be populated from the various setup screens. The Questionnaire, Job (Company, People) Code, Created By, Created Date, Completed By fields are greyed out and cannot be changed.
Required and Completed Dates
These can be entered manually or left blank.
