The relevant Control Parameters must be set up for Retentions to work. Refer to the Workbench Contract Management User Guide for retention set up.
Retention
A Retention Code must be selected. To maintain the Retention Table press the Maintain button.
Specify the code; description and the rates. You could have one rate for the selected retention or stepped rates and cut off values and also steps by percentage.
The retention can be maintained from within the Subcontract Maintenance.
